Avoid - takes your money, gives you nothing
If I could leave zero stars I would. We realised we couldn’t see my Husband’s motorbike insurance on the Spanish DGT app. Investigations revealed they had cancelled the insurance but had taken the payment! Every time we email asking for a refund, they reply with a number to ring and speak to someone in English as our Spanish isn’t yet good enough. But there is no one available and they assure us they will call back but never do. We are going round in circles. No insurance and yet they took our money. I have asked via email several times for their full address so I can complete a Hoja de Reclamaciones but they just ignore that too.

DO NOT BUY any insurance that uses AXA partners
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had a nightmare experience with AXA partners which is the company Heymondo Spain contracts with. They DO NOT pay claims. DO NOT BUY any insurance that uses AXA partners. I have an $800 bill in the USA that has not been paid for two years. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with AXA and Heymondo trying to resolve this to no avail. It has ruined my credit rating in the USA. I am disgusted by their fraudulent practices. Even now as I type, I am being tossed around by AXA on their phone service. What a disgrace.

Lack of clarity does not equal disclosure. A quotation should clearly specify what is included AND what is excluded. The absence of any mention of roadside assistance does not constitute clear communication that this service is excluded.
Industry standard expectations. Roadside assistance is a common feature in many vehicle insurance policies. If it is NOT included, this should be explicitly stated as an exclusion, not left ambiguous.
Transparency obligation. As an insurance provider, you have a responsibility to ensure customers fully understand what they are and are not purchasing. Simply omitting information does not meet this obligation.
I would like to request:

Pues después de un año de uso(jarra con filtros) y de un percance solucionado rápidamente (un 10). Hice cuentas de lo gastado y "ahorrado". Poniendo por lo bajo de un gasto de un litro diario, todo lo que pase de 0.15€ el litro de agua embotellada, es lo que te ahorras.
Después del primer año y solo comprando los filtros, baja a 0.12€.
Independientemente de esto, yo hacia mas de 20 años que consumía agua embotellada y el sabor de ahora, es mas que agradable.
Aunque el importe inicial es algo alto, compensa la compra

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job weaving historical context into each ghost story. Pathetic post payment service of a policy purchase
I have purchased medical insurance from policy bazaar last week. Some updates needs to be done. I made my payment. They were very quick in responding before sales. Now no one is responding through WhatsApp customer care line, I have sent email to them, no response, called couple of times to their customer care number, apart from automated response, no one picks up and call in getting disconnected. I don't know the status of my policy. I am feeling like scammed now.

I purchased insurance from Policybazaar…
I purchased insurance from Policybazaar and clearly informed them that it was urgent, as I needed the policy to be active in the RTA system for renewal. Despite this, the policy was not updated or effective in the RTA records.
Because of this delay, I got stuck while traveling to Saudi Arabia, which caused serious inconvenience and stress. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one properly responded. The calls kept disconnecting, and I was unable to get any support.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I expected much better assistance, especially in an urgent situation.
Because of this delay, I got stuck while traveling to Saudi Arabia, which caused serious inconvenience and stress. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one properly responded. The calls kept disconnecting, and I was unable to get any support.

A Must See If in the Massachusetts Area!
The Lizzy Borden House should be on your to do list if visiting Massachusetts. It’s in Fall River, which is only about an hour and a half away from Boston. I have watched several documentaries and movies on the Lizzy Borden case. However, you have to do the tour and see the house in person. Our tour guide Megan was very knowledgeable. You learn things about the case that isn’t divulged in the movies or documentaries. Additionally, the house inside is gorgeous but also spooky! Glad we went!
