You state that because roadside assistance was "not mentioned" in the quotation, it is therefore "not covered." This logic is problematic for several reasons:

Lack of clarity does not equal disclosure. A quotation should clearly specify what is included AND what is excluded. The absence of any mention of roadside assistance does not constitute clear communication that this service is excluded.
Industry standard expectations. Roadside assistance is a common feature in many vehicle insurance policies. If it is NOT included, this should be explicitly stated as an exclusion, not left ambiguous.
Transparency obligation. As an insurance provider, you have a responsibility to ensure customers fully understand what they are and are not purchasing. Simply omitting information does not meet this obligation.
I would like to request:

A copy of the policy terms and conditions showing where roadside assistance exclusions for commercial vehicles are clearly stated
An explanation of why this significant exclusion was not proactively disclosed during the sales process
