Parker was an AMAZING guide, he knew plenty of Gatlinburg history and kept us on our toes the whole time. His storytelling was so captivating that after the first stop we knew that we had to invest in the extended tour.

Terrible company. Had home insurance for spanish property. I wanted to cancel my policy two weeks before renewal. My error, they need two months notice apparently. Anyway, they took my money for renewal and cancelled my policy anyway! Absolute jokers. Avoid like the plague.

This insurance broker is extremely unprofessional. They initially confirmed that they would issue the policy at a specific time, but after I made the payment, there were no updates at all. I had to follow up myself and was repeatedly asked to wait—first for one hour, then for a couple more hours, which eventually turned into four hours of waiting.

After being informed twice that my application was rejected, I decided to withdraw my application and request a refund. Only then did they call back and say they could issue the policy. I was asked to wait again until the insurance was finally issued, but when I checked it, the details were incorrect.

I first waited 4 hours for the revised policy. After that, I was told to wait another 1–2 hours, then later assured again that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Despite all these promises, nothing was delivered. Two more hours have already passed, and I still have not received the revised policy.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication—there were no calls or updates from their side. I always had to follow up just to know what was happening.
Due to their repeated mistakes, incorrect policy details, and unfulfilled timelines, the registration of my vehicle was delayed. This could have been avoided if they had properly checked the information from the beginning and handled the process professionally.

Very poor service, no accountability, and highly unreliable. I do not recommend this broker.

Calidad-precio está muy bien, es una réplica bastante conseguida y el tejido es bueno. Por ponerle un pero, el cuello queda un poco desbocado.
La recogida fue en tienda y muy rápido el servicio.

This ghost tour was a great experience. The stories were informative and grounded in real history, which made them engaging without being cheesy or over the top. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job weaving historical context into each ghost story. It felt more like a fascinating history lesson with spooky elements than a typical gimmicky tour. Highly recommended.
